With the service to purchase products from our website, UrbanFit Ltd collects personal information such as name, address and email address.

As you browse our store, we automatically receive your computer internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with the information.

UrbanFit Ltd only collects billing information. We use secondary payment services such as Paypal, Sagepayand Stripe as a form of collecting payments, but we are not provided with any information regarding credit/debit card information or payment details.

We use Royal Mail, Fed-ex and other ad hoc couriers in order to send orders to our customers. We print shipping letters which will be placed on the package order. 

The UrbanFit Ltd website collects information provided by customers on the website and may use such information to send marketing emails. These emails can be opted out of if requested by the customer.

How is my data stored?

The data that is collected is stored on an encrypted file on an encrypted user. Only authorised personnel will have access to the personal information retained.

UrbanFit Ltd does have an obligation to retain billing information for accounting and auditing purposes for the period of six years. However, once this period has been completed all information shall be deleted.
